Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
Return Request Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used or altered
- The damage happened after delivery
- The order was confirmed and delivered as requested
Refund Process
Approved returns will be processed through:

- Product replacement
