Loomodex is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

Return Request Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or altered
  • The damage happened after delivery
  • The order was confirmed and delivered as requested

Refund Process
